Fall flavors are my favorite. And this soup recipe is very close to my heart, because it is the recipe that I took to my Masterchef audition in 2019!\u00a0<\/p>\n
I am so proud of this recipe, and even though I didn’t make it through the first round, I was so lucky (and star-struck!) to have former contestants try my soup, and tell me it was delicious.<\/p>\n
I decided to use both butternut and acorn squash in this recipe, but you can definitely use all butternut squash if you prefer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Arguably probably the best part of this recipe is the sourdough brown butter croutons. You’ll probably want to make extra, because I’ve been known to snack on a few of these while making the soup!\u00a0<\/p>\n
