    • 2<\/span> medium red potatoes, shredded<\/span><\/li>
    • 2<\/span> eggs, whisked<\/span><\/li>
    • 1\/2<\/span> cup<\/span> almond flour<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> tapioca flour<\/span><\/li>
    • 3\/4<\/span> tsp<\/span> salt<\/span><\/li>
    • 1\/2<\/span> tsp<\/span> cracked black pepper<\/span><\/li>
    • 1\/2<\/span> tsp<\/span> garlic powder<\/span><\/li>
    • 1\/2<\/span> tsp<\/span> onion powder<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> tsp<\/span> dried chives<\/span> or 1 tbsp fresh<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

      Instructions<\/h3>
      • Combine shredded potatoes, eggs, almond flour and tapioca flour in a medium mixing bowl. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and dried chives. Stir to combine.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • As the shredded potatoes sit, they will start to give off some water, so drain your bowl as needed so the mixture maintains its consistency.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
      • Preheat mini waffle maker, and spray with avocado oil. Once preheated, add a heaping 1\/2 cup of shredded potato mixture, pressing down lightly into the mold. Close the waffle maker, and cook each waffle for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat this step for remaining waffles.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
